Frontage Exterior Co. is a locally owned exterior cleaning company. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, ask for a quote or book a clean, and how we look after it.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number or email, the town or area of the property, and anything you tell us about the job. If you send photos, we keep them with your quote so we can price the work accurately.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare your quote, arrange visits, send photo reports and keep a record of the work we have done. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Photos of your property

Before and after photos help us show our work. We only use photos of your property on our website or social channels with your permission, and never with your address.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with services that help us run the business, such as our booking, email and payment providers. Each one is required to keep your details safe.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted after twelve months. Job records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, insurance and accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@frontage.co and we will reply within a month.
