Quotes

Quotes are based on the photos and details you send and are valid for 30 days. If the job turns out to be very different on the day, we will agree any change with you before we start.

Booking and access

Please give us clear access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor tap. Close windows and move vehicles before we arrive.

Weather

We work in light rain. If the weather makes a clean unsafe or ineffective, we will move your booking to the next free date at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Care plan visits are invoiced as set out in your plan.

Our guarantee

If you are not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within seven days and we will come back to put it right.

Liability

We are fully insured. We are not responsible for existing damage, loose or failing surfaces, or problems revealed by cleaning, but we will always point these out before we start.
